Remote Support

Our K-Force technicians can repair your PC remotely, over a broadband connection, to make software and operating repairs, or just help get you going again...while you watch! No more disconnecting and hauling your PC to the repair shop. Just $29 per incident. If we can't fix it remotely, we'll credit the $29 toward an In-Store or an Onsite repair.

Onsite Support

Our trained K-Force technicials will come to your location to install software, upgrade PCs, install and configure new PCs, install, configure and secure wired or wireless networks, or provide a whole list of other professional IT support services. We even offer short or long term service contracts for those who need ongoing prefessional PC or network support.

Networking

In-Home Consultation - $49

Let us help you decide how to best network your devices. We'll visit you home or office and explain the benefits of networking your existing hardware devices, recommend products necessary to complete your networking project and provide you with a written consultation detailing our observations and recommendations.

Wireless/Wired Installation and Setup - $119

Share an Internet connection, files and printers between PC's. Price includes onsite installation of wireless networking hardware and configuration of up to 4 existing devices. Necessary hardware and software purchased separately. PC's must have Windows XP or newer or Mac OS10 or newer operating system installed. Price does not include labor to route network wiring, if required. Installation of each additional hardware devices - $30 each.

Wireless Security Setup - $39

Enable wireless encryption on up to 4 existing, currently networked devices. Provide estimate for additional security services, if necessary.

Add A Device To An Existing Network - $39

Setup and configure one device to an existing wired or wireless network. Devices include one PC, access point, printer, printer server, range extender, TiVo, Xbox 360, Wii or similar gaming device, etc.

Troubleshooting and Repair - $49

Let us help you decide how to best network your devices. Setup and Security

Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal - $99 On Site/$69 In-Store

Complete removal of all malicious software on 1 PC. Installation of free anti-virus / anti-spam software included, if required.

New PC Setup & Configuration - $99 On Site/$69 In-Store

Setup and configuration of one brand new PC. Optimization of resources, personalization, installation of operating system updates, configuration for Internet connectivity, free anti-virus and anti-spam software and up to two additional software applications. All critical updates installed. Does not include any software or hardware other than the free anti-virus/anti-spam software mentioned above.

Advanced Security Service - $129 On Site/$69 In-Store

Personalize one PC to fit your needs. Remove unnecessary software "clutter". Install critical updates. Install security and privacy software to ward off viruses and spyware. Create a restore CD.

Single Title Software Installation - $39 On Site/$19 In-Store

Tax preparation software, productivity software, system utility software, hobby software, etc. Price includes installation of 1 software title. Customer must have proof of software ownership. Does not include installation or updates to operating system.

Software Suite Installation - $99 On Site/$69 In-Store

Installation of 1 software suite (Microsoft Office, Norton Internet Security, etc.). Includes installation and configuration of software along with all critical updates for that software suite. Customer must have proof of software ownership. Software not included.

Operating System Installation/Upgrade - $129 On Site/$69 In-Store

Installation or upgrade of Windows operating system. Customer must have proof of software ownership. Includes hard drive reformat, if required. Does not include operating system software. Saved data and other third party software installation not included.

Online Gaming Setup - $99

On site installation and configuration of a gaming console or PC for online gaming, with wired or wireless access. Does not include networking to other consoles or PC's.

Electronic Device Set-up and Training - $49 On Site/$29 In-Store

Need help connecting an MP3 player, printer, digital camera or other digital device to your PC? We will guide you through the installation over the phone or online and help you configure your device settings properly.

Hard Drive Clean Erase - $79 On Site/$59 In-Store

Sell or donate your old PC with confidence. We will erase all confidential information from your hard drive before you give it to someone else.

Repair and Upgrade

Remote PC Diagnostics and Repair - $29 By Phone

Remote PC software and operating system diagnostics and repair. Performed over your broadband connection. No disconnecting your PC and hauling it to the shop. Per incident charge. If we can’t resolve your issue remotely, we will credit the $29 toward an In-Store or On-Site repair.

PC Pick-up & Delivery Seervice - $49 On Site

PC pick-up and delivery service for one PC to be serviced by our K-Force technicians. Performed during normal Kingdom business hours. Call for details.

Hardware Card Installation - $39 On Site/$19 In-Store

Sound card, network card, internal modem, video card, additional memory, etc. Includes installation of latest software drivers. PC operating system must be Windows XP or newer. Installation service only. Hardware purchased separately.

Hard Drive Installation - $39 On Site/$19 In-Store

Installation of 1 internal or external hard drive with bundled software. Hard drive purchased separately.

Peripheral Installation - $39 On Site/$19 In-Store

Installation of peripheral and bundled software that connects to PC through external USB, Firewire, etc. interface. Price is per peripheral device.

Basic PC Diagnostic - $79 On Site/$49 In-Store

System troubleshooting on 1 PC to identify any issues that may be creating system problems. Includes written report advising you on the best course of action for you to take to get your PC back to optimum performance.

Advanced PC Diagnostic and Repair - $149 On Site/$99 In-Store

Includes services of our "PC Diagnostic" service plus repair of any operating system issues, removal of viruses and spyware, install critical updates, install freeware security and anti-virus software, provide extimate of recommended hardware repairs and upgrades, if needed.

Data Backup and Recovery

Data Backup / Migration - $99 On Site/$69 In-Store

Transfer or backup up to 10 GB of data or files from one PC to another, to an external storage device, DVD or to a CD.

Restore CD Creation - $29

Let us create a CD to restore your Windows XP PC, in the event of system problems.

Data Recovery - $229

Recover accidentally deleted or formatted data from a working hard drive. Transfer files from source onto a CD or external hard drive. Hardware not included.

It is understood and agreed upon by the client that all services performed are subject to the K-Force Terms and Conditions. Copy of Terms and Conditions available upon request.

The customer is responsible for providing a licensed copy of any software required to conduct repairs, such as Windows or other software programs, not including device drivers.

Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, normally 1-5 years. Labor performed by K-Force technicians is covered for 30 days from the date of service.
